Kabat is a Polish manufacturer of agricultural tires and solid tires for forklifts, as well as inner tubes, protectors, rubber profiles, rubber compounds and a wide range of technical rubber products. Founded in 1983, Kabat has remained a family-owned business since the beginning of its operations.

Today, the company exports its products to more than 80 countries worldwide, spanning Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa. Kabat operates its own design office and a modern technology department, enabling the efficient development and production of molds for new products. Within its advanced Research and Development department, rubber compounds are carefully developed and produced, making Kabat an important supplier of this semi-finished material for manufacturing companies both in Poland and internationally.

A Dedicated Website for a Tire Manufacturer – Built on WordPress

Thanks to our expertise and many years of experience, we were able to adapt the WordPress platform to meet the high technical and operational requirements defined by Kabat.

During the early stages of the project, extensive discussions were held with Kabat representatives to understand their expectations regarding content management, future system development and maintaining a high level of data security. Based on this analysis, we concluded that the most suitable solution capable of addressing these requirements would be WordPress.

This decision was influenced by the fact that WordPress is one of the most widely used content management systems in the world. It offers extensive documentation and a highly intuitive administrative interface, making it easy to manage website content – even for users without technical experience. Thanks to its simple and user-friendly administration panel, the Kabat team can efficiently update and manage content across the entire platform.

Custom WordPress Development

The Custom WordPress Development phase involved implementing a set of dedicated solutions tailored to the specific requirements of the Kabat project. Key elements included:

• Custom product catalog module integrated with the Comarch XL ERP system, enabling centralized management of product information displayed on the website. All updates related to product descriptions, images and technical data are managed directly within the ERP system. Since the products presented in the catalog are not available for direct purchase online, this solution effectively replaced the need for a separate PIM (Product Information Management) system. An additional enhancement was the implementation of a dictionary-based translation system, allowing multilingual product data to be managed directly within WordPress – solving limitations related to translation management in the ERP environment.
• Dedicated recruitment management module, providing the HR department with a tool for publishing job offers and collecting candidate applications directly through the website.
• Custom distributor module, designed to present authorized locations where customers can purchase and install solid tires for industrial vehicles using professional press equipment.

Comprehensive Cooperation with Kabat

While implementing the dedicated website project, we demonstrated our design and production capabilities, which led to extended cooperation with the client in several additional areas. These included graphic design projects, video production, professional corporate photography, 3D product visualizations, as well as support in managing and operating the company’s social media channels.

The film presents modern production lines, rigorous quality testing procedures and innovative solutions that make the company’s products reliable and durable.

An important element of the production was also highlighting the team of experts and engineers whose knowledge and experience contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products. Through dynamic shots and professional editing, the film not only captures attention but also builds trust in the Kabat Tyre brand.

The promotional video serves as a key element of the company’s marketing strategy, helping to build brand awareness and strengthen trust among customers and business partners. This production reflects Kabat Tyre’s ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence while remaining faithful to its traditional values and high standards of quality.
