A Bank with Nearly a Century of Tradition

NBS is a dynamically developing bank with nearly one hundred years of tradition. The bank provides financial services across the Wielkopolska region, as well as in the Nakło, Sępólno and Wałcz counties.

The bank operates entirely on Polish capital and represents a solid, modern and secure financial institution. Its operations are managed in a transparent and innovative way, combining long-standing tradition with contemporary banking standards.

How Did the Implementation Process Look?

• We began the project with a workshop meeting involving the client and the author of the development strategy for Nadnotecki Bank Spółdzielczy. The purpose of this meeting was to understand the bank’s objectives and define the functional and communication assumptions of the new website.
• Based on the insights gathered during the workshops, we prepared a UX wireframe, which later served as the foundation for designing the graphical user interface of the website.
• Throughout the project, we held multiple working meetings with the client to review and consult the progress of the UI design phase, ensuring that the visual concept aligned with the bank’s expectations before moving to development.
• During the development stage, several challenges emerged related to modifying the default behaviour of WordPress navigation, which required custom adjustments to meet the client’s functional requirements.
• Another key phase involved developing a fully custom module for managing financial product calculators. Based on parameters entered into the system, the module allows users to calculate loan costs and submit the calculated data as a sales inquiry, generating a potential lead for the bank.
• After testing and a security audit, the website was deployed to a production server managed by a provider holding the appropriate security certifications issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
