Online Store
At the beginning of the project, we organized a workshop meeting with the client to discuss the project assumptions — both from the UX/UI perspective and in terms of the expected technical solutions and integrations. During this session, we gained insight into the client’s perspective and clarified the final outcome expected by Tapiso, including the user interface, the customer purchase journey and the functional requirements necessary for successful project delivery. We also proposed several solutions that could positively impact the project’s objectives. The client decided to implement some of these in the first development iteration.
Next, we moved to the visual design phase of the online store. Based on the guidelines gathered during the workshop, we prepared the initial interface concept. One of the key design challenges was the main navigation of the store, which required a non-standard approach compared to typical WooCommerce implementations. After the client updated the design guidelines and one revision session was completed, the design was approved and passed to the development phase.
The first step was implementing the front-end visual layer, which was delivered to the client for testing. The next stage involved developing the custom functionalities and integrations required by the project.
The complete, fully functional version of the store in its primary language version was delivered to the client one and a half weeks ahead of the declared deadline.
Through this process, our collaboration progressed through several key stages – from the initial workshop meeting to the final project delivery. This structured approach ensured transparency, clarity and a high standard of execution throughout the entire project.
