Project Brief

The scope of the project included several key areas of digital transformation:

  • redesign of the OKNO-POL logo and development of a new visual identity system documented in a comprehensive brand book
  • design and development of a corporate website with an extensive product catalog
  • implementation of a multilingual platform supporting multiple international markets
  • creation of a dedicated B2B module tailored to the needs of distributors and business partners
  • preparation of landing pages for lead-generation campaigns in nine language versions
  • production of a corporate brand video presenting the company and its production facilities
  • design of marketing materials aligned with the new key visual identity

In addition to the brand redesign, the project also required designing a website architecture that supports two distinct user journeys.

Dual User Journey Architecture

One of the key challenges was designing a website structure capable of supporting two different user groups:

  • individual customers looking for window and door solutions
  • professional partners such as distributors, architects and installers

The platform was therefore designed with separate navigation paths, ensuring that each user group can quickly access the information relevant to their needs.

This approach significantly improves usability and simplifies product discovery.

Okno-Pol Logo Redesign

We were entrusted with redesigning the Okno-Pol logo and developing a completely new visual identity for the brand. The main objective of this process was to preserve the recognizable character of the brand while introducing a more modern and refined visual language that reflects the global quality and innovation of Okno-Pol products.

The design process began with an analysis of the existing logo and the current visual identity used by the company. An important step was understanding the brand values and the expectations of its customers and partners. Close cooperation with the Okno-Pol team allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s mission and long-term vision.

The outcome was a refreshed logo that became the foundation for the entire visual system. Based on this new symbol, we developed the brand’s graphic concept and designed a complete visual identity.

During the development of the new Okno-Pol logo, four key principles guided the design process. Their purpose was not only to refresh the brand’s visual identity, but also to clearly communicate the company’s core values and long-term business direction.

New Visual Concept for the Okno-Pol Brand

The introduction of the new logo became the starting point for developing a refreshed Key Visual for the Okno-Pol brand. During the initial design phase, we focused on presenting the logo across various visual contexts and environments.

This approach allowed us to evaluate how the symbol and accompanying graphic elements would function in different applications and spaces, ensuring consistency and strong visual recognition across all brand touchpoints.

User Experience as the Basis for Further Design

The UX process for the Okno-Pol website was conducted in several key stages to ensure the best possible experience for users interacting with the platform. The first step involved analysing user behaviour to better understand their habits, preferences and expectations when searching for window and door solutions.

Based on the insights gathered during this phase, user personas and empathy maps were created. These tools helped guide the design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

The next step involved iterative testing of prototypes, which allowed us to identify usability issues and refine the structure of the platform. Through a carefully planned UX process, we were able to create a website that not only meets user expectations but also provides a clear and comfortable browsing experience.

Webtom.PRO CMS, developed on the Laravel framework, was created from scratch to meet the company’s operational and business needs.

The system enables efficient content management while maintaining a high level of security and performance. Its intuitive administrative interface allows the internal team to quickly update and modify content, supporting the dynamic development of the brand.

Thanks to its scalable architecture, the custom CMS can evolve together with the company, providing the flexibility required for future extensions and system development.

Dual Catalog Architecture

The product catalog module in the dedicated CMS for Okno-Pol was designed to address two distinct customer segments: B2C and B2B.

For B2C customers, products are organized into categories based on product types and typical applications. This structure allows individual consumers to quickly find the windows, doors or accessories relevant to their needs. The default product discovery path is based on product categories such as windows, doors or façade shading systems.

For B2B customers, the catalog structure follows a different logic focused on materials and technical requirements. This approach allows distributors and professional partners to easily access products that meet specific project specifications. The product selection path begins with choosing the material used in the window or door system – such as PVC, aluminium, wood or steel – followed by the available systems built on that technology.

This dual catalog architecture ensures that both individual customers and business partners can navigate the platform efficiently and quickly find products suited to their specific needs.

To meet the client’s expectations, we designed and implemented a dedicated Partner Zone that streamlines document exchange between Okno-Pol and its global partners. This secure area allows the company to organize technical and commercial documentation while providing partners with convenient access to the materials relevant to their market.

The Partner Zone is structured to deliver the appropriate set of documents to each partner based on their location and language. This approach ensures that distributors and business partners can quickly access the resources they need, tailored to the requirements of specific countries and markets.

As a result, partners around the world gain fast and intuitive access to relevant documentation, significantly improving communication and day-to-day cooperation. The flexibility of this solution strengthens business relationships and enhances the overall experience of working with the Okno-Pol brand.

Partner Zone – A Tool for Building Business Relationships

Over 50 Landing Pages for SEM Campaigns

The implementation of this part of the project began with the creation of a primary UX wireframe that defined the optimal layout and placement of key elements on the page. The goal was to design a structure that maximizes the probability of generating qualified sales inquiries.

The next stage involved designing the user interface (UI), ensuring that all visual components were consistent with the new Okno-Pol brand identity while remaining attractive and clear for users. Once the visual layer had been adapted to the specific requirements of the markets where the landing pages would operate, the project moved to the development phase.

Developing the main page theme that served as the foundation for all landing pages was a crucial part of the process. For this purpose, we used our dedicated WordPress theme built on the Laravel framework, enabling easy horizontal scalability and efficient management of multiple landing pages.

After completing the development phase, the theme was implemented in WordPress and used as the base for more than 50 dedicated landing pages across multiple language versions. All pages are managed from a single environment using the WordPress Multisite architecture.

In total, content was implemented in nine language versions: Polish, English, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish and Czech. Each version was adapted to the specific expectations and communication styles of the target markets.

The landing pages were optimized according to Google Core Web Vitals, ensuring fast loading times, strong interactivity and visual stability. We also implemented a dedicated Consent Mode V2 module designed specifically for WordPress Multisite environments.

In line with the client’s expectations, we implemented tracking for both macro and micro conversions, enabling precise measurement of campaign performance and continuous optimization aimed at maximizing the value of generated sales leads.

The Okno-Pol brand redesign was a comprehensive process aimed at refreshing and strengthening the company’s market image. We began by analysing market research provided by the client along with a visual brand audit to understand how the brand was currently perceived and to identify key areas for improvement. Based on these insights, and in close cooperation with the client, we developed a new strategy covering the visual aspects of brand communication.

The outcome of this process was a redesigned logo and a complete visual identity built around the new symbol. The goal was to better reflect the company’s modern values and its commitment to innovation and product quality. We introduced a consistent system of graphic elements, colours and typography that was applied across all marketing and communication materials created during the project.

Finally, the new visual identity was implemented across all brand touchpoints – including the completely redesigned website, social media channels, printed materials and advertising campaigns. As a result, the Okno-Pol brand successfully refreshed its image and strengthened its market position.

Corporate Brand Film Production for Okno-Pol

The production of the Okno-Pol corporate brand film was carried out over four shooting days.

Before filming began, our team visited the company’s headquarters in Mników near Kraków to conduct a location scout and become familiar with the areas where the footage would be recorded.

The first day focused on preparations and exploring all planned shooting locations. During this stage we discussed the overall concept of the film, the key messages to be communicated and the brand values that should be highlighted. We also prepared a detailed production schedule and shot list, followed by a final review of the selected locations.

Over the following days we filmed scenes inside the production facilities, focusing on capturing the manufacturing process and showcasing the advanced technologies, precision and quality behind Okno-Pol window and door systems. An important part of the production also included scenes recorded in the office environment, presenting the team in their everyday work setting.

After completing the filming stage, the project moved into post-production, which included editing, color grading and sound design. The final film was designed not only to present the company’s products and production process, but also to communicate the scale of the organization and the values that define the Okno-Pol brand.
